Who is the guy on the flyer?

Hey,

we're just printing out some of the flyers for the pre-meeting and some advertisement today and wondered who the hell the guy on the 2nd flyer-gif is. We checked for pictures of Yushchenko but obviously it's not him.

Anybody knows?
