So how do I contact people?

So if I see someone that is coming from the same direction, how do I contact them?
I'll be in Romania around the 25th of July and am thinking of either going to Bucharest and then to the coast or going to the rainbow gathering and then to Odesa, and I saw Laura will go to the rainbow gathering and that she might look for a travel partner, but I can't send messages.. so.. does anyone know?

Hi Sanne, great to see you here! You can contact each user by his/her contact form. Just go to the profile of the user and click on "contact" in the top of the bar.

the way to contact you for example is through http://the789project.com/user/65/contact

However, some users might have disabled this. Anyone can say in his/her profile if you allow other users to contact you through ticking the box "Personal contact form".

I just added a contact link on the default overview of hitchhikers who are coming:

When you have an account you can directly contact someone through the link that is shown in the column: contact me.

This is great to make connections with people who are coming. You will receive an e-mail on the address by which you registered here.
