Meeting Place & Pre-Meetings

Finally we've found a place to meet on August 7th, 2009 !

The meeting will take place in the Shevchenko Park near the Shevchenko monument !

Please everybody spread the word about this!

Also, there are already some pre-meetings planned. A full list and up-to-date information can be found in the forum!

31 July: Blois, France (see forum)
01 August: Berlin, Germany 9pm, Volkspark Hasenheide, Berlin-Neukölln
02 August: Moscow, Russia, 7pm, in front of Lenin mausoleum
04 August: Warzawa.
05 August: L'viv, Ukraine, tba (see forum)

More to come! Everybody is invited to start a pre-meeting along the way or whereever he wants to!

1. camping?

So my question still stands...will this be like last year in Paris, where we can all sleep in the park (with or without tents), or should we all be looking for hosts/checking on the hospex community? I'll have my small tent...

we need to find another place for tenting..
I talked to a friend from Odessa and I have some info for those who're
looking for a tenting place!
There's a nice tenting place with grass and trees, near the see, 30-40
minutes on walk far from the Shevchenko Park, rock climbing base
"Skalodrom" between Chkalovskiy and Arkadia beaches, closer to
Arkadia.
It's a closed territory, so the price is about $4 per day from a
person!..
It's just an idea!
But it'll better if you'll find a host for the first night.

3. I've just found out that we

I've just found out that we can actually start HH from Lviv one day later - on August, 6th. Let's meet up on evening the 5th then, ok? Could you please change the date of Lviv pre-meeting then? Hopefully it wouldnt be too late for the meeting :)
