HowTo: Translate the website
Of course, as it's about an international project/festival, it would be great to have the website translated into as much languages as possible :)
Here's a small tutorial on how to do this.
*This is an example for Russian translations, but can be used for any other language as well.
a) Register at the website and log in.
b) Contact one of the website administrators, platschi for example. He can give you "translator" rights so you're able to translate the articles. Please also tell them which language you want to translate into.
c) Choose the text you want to translate. For example the
article that can be found under the navigation item "press"
d) On top of the article, just under the header, you'll find the buttons "View" and "Translate"
e) Click "Translate"; then you'll see a list of languages and translations of the text. There should also be Russian*, without any text yet.
f) Click on "Add Translation" next to Russian* in the list, and a new text box with the original english translation might appear.
g) Translate the text and finally press "Save". Now the option to read the Russian translation should be available at the bottom of the article.
That's it!

1. About translation
Hello, hitch-hikers!
I'd like to provide you some help in translation into Russian, but it's already done (and not bad, yeah). Nevertheless, I've done what I could. I spread the idea and information on vkontakte.ru (about 20 groups), and created a group, dedicated to this event. Hope it could be useful.
